Chris Brazzell II - Tennesssee - RS Junior
6’4 198lbs - 22yo
Redshirted his freshman year at Tulane and played 13 games with 8 starts the following season (2023)
Transferred to Tennessee and played 2 full seasons under HC Josh Heupel in a generally, fast paced high scoring offense.
Strengths
Vertical threat - 6 of his 9TDs in 2025 came from over 20+ yards downfield with an average depth of target of 35.5.
Humungous catch radius. Has a measured wingspan of 80 & 1/8th inches - the biggest span of any receiver projected in the first 4 rounds.
Overall receiving grade of 80.6 (PFF)
Can do it against top opposition: 177yds 3TDms from 6 Recs versus Georgia
Combine: No red flag measurables.Â
4.37 FortyÂ
9" hands / 33 1/8 arms / 80 1/8" Wingspan
H - HEALTH/HIGH VALUE | No health issues. 2nd round looks ideal draft position in terms of value. | 90 |
O - ON FIELD PRODUCT | Highly productive. 1k yards, 9TDs for a Vols team who really struggled this past year | 85 |
W - WHAT HE BRINGS/WHEN HE PLAYS | Ideal frame, size and length. Has a MASSIVE wing span/catch radius. He ran a 4.37 at the combine. Big downfield vertical threat. | 85 |
I - INTANGIBLES | Started his career at Tulane and transferred to Tennessee. Arrested on a speeding charge on suspended license. | 70 |
E - EAGLES FIT | Eagles will probably love him. Runs a lot of go balls and hitch routes. | 80 |
Overall H.O.W.I.E. grade | 82% |
Loch Lomond Comp: Loch Lomond 12 PB - Smooth, well-rounded.
Projected: Early 2nd

Denzel Boston - Washington - RS Junior
6’3 212lbs - 22yoÂ
Redshirted his freshman season as he was behind a loaded Washington receiving room (Odunze, Polk & McMillan)
2024 he started all 13 games and won Washington’s Offensive Skill Player of the Year.
2025 he played in 12 games, totalling 881yds and 11 TDs for the Huskies
Strengths
Prototypical high volume X-receiver
Has an excellent size and build for the position
Tough to bring down and consistently shrugs off DBs with play strength.
Special teams experience as returner - although isn't the quickest
Combine: Did not really participate, not much to go on.
H - HEALTH/HIGH VALUE | No long term injuries, minor ankle injury that he recovered from | 80 |
O - ON FIELD PRODUCT | 1600+ yds and 20 TDs for Washington in 2 seasons as a starter in the B1G. | 85 |
W - WHAT HE BRINGS/WHEN HE PLAYS | Big bodied receiver who isn't afraid to use his size/weight to his advantage and create mismatches in the Redzone. | 80 |
I - INTANGIBLES | Team captain and stayed with Washington through his collegiate career (rare in these transfer portal times) | 90 |
E - EAGLES FIT | Not an immediate AJ Brown replacement but could evolve into after a season or two in the league. He needs to play against proven opposition. | 75 |
Overall H.O.W.I.E. grade | 82% |
Loch Lomond Comp: Inchmoan - Bold, Strong.
Projected: Early 2nd - but is getting first round buzz

Chris Bell - Louisville - Senior
6'2 222lbs - 22yo
Limited playing time his freshman year
3x year starter in Louisville
Made First-Team All-ACC in 2025
Strengths
Excellent size and frame for a big-bodied receiver with really good burst speed*
Torched Miami at the Hard Rock 9/12 for 136yds and 2TDs. Miami would eventually go to the College Football Championship
His best game came against Virginia where he caught 12 of 14 for 172yds and 2 TDs
Overall receiving grade of 83.3 (PFF)
*Tore his ACL towards the end of the 2025 season, betting on his athleticism is a gamble
Combine: Did not participate, not much to go on.
H - HEALTH/HIGH VALUE | Tore his ACL against SMU in November and had surgery. Unlikely to make training camp, will probably start on PUP. | 20 |
O - ON FIELD PRODUCT | Productive. Accumulated 1600+ yds and 10 TDs in the last 2 seasons at Louisville | 80 |
W - WHAT HE BRINGS/WHEN HE PLAYS | Receiver who can deal with high-volume targets. His bread and butter were catches <10yards over the middle between the hashes. | 90 |
I - INTANGIBLES | He seems optimistic about his ACL injury from interviews (obviously), his athleticism combined with his size/body type is rare but is now questionable. | 50 |
E - EAGLES FIT | The Eagles have had him in the building, likely to assess that ACL concern, so perhaps they like him or see an opportunity to grab a good talent at a reduced price. | 90 |
Overall H.O.W.I.E. grade | 66% |
LL Comp: Loch Lomond Steam & Fire: Is a bit experimental.
Projected: 3rd Round

KC Concepcion - Texas A&M - RS Sophomore
5’11 196lbs - 21yo
Started his college career at NC State where he was the ACC Rookie of the Year hauling in 845yds and 10TDs and also earned Freshman All-American honours
Concepcion suffered a bit of a Sophomore slump, perhaps owing to transfer QB Grayson McCall taking a nasty head-injury that hospitalised him and subsequently forced him to retire during the 2024 season. McCall was replaced by CJ Bailey, a True Freshman.
KC transferred after the 2024 season to Texas A&M and picked up where he left off from his impressive Freshman year, totalling 919yds and 9Tds for the Aggies, and picking up AP First Team All-American honours.
Strengths
Ridiculous burst speed. Flys past defensive backs breaking out of his stance.
Displays very impressive separation, mainly due to his burst and fluid movement
Exploits weaknesses in zone coverage - displays a high football IQ
Slippery after the catch, can turn a short pass into a huge gain
79.9 Receiving Grade (PFF)
Has special teams experience as a returner (505yds)
Combine: Did not participate, not much to go on.
H - HEALTH/HIGH VALUE | No long term injuries to speak of | 90
O - ON FIELD PRODUCT | Productive receiver on a tough SEC schedule. Seems to be able to do anything asked of him. Love his explosiveness and his ability to separate | 95
W - WHAT HE BRINGS/WHEN HE PLAYS | High floor receiver with excellent traits. Could start immediately in the NFL as a WR2. Can line up inside and outside. | 90
I - INTANGIBLES | Good character from what I can gather, his dad is a Bills fan, take from that what you will. | 80
E - EAGLES FIT | Devonta Smith & KC Concepcion on the same team would be SO much fun it would be unfair to the rest of the league. | 90
Overall H.O.W.I.E. grade | 89% |
Loch Lomond Comp: Loch Lomond 16 - Waypoint - Burst of flavour
Projected: 1st Round, I'll be surprised if he slides

Malachi Fields - Notre Dame - Senior
6’4 220lbs - 23yo
Started his playing career at Virginia with a stuttering start. Limited snaps in his freshman season followed by a broken foot his Sophomore year in which he only played 1 game.
Returned in 2023 and started all 12 games and also in 2024 before transferring to Notre Dame as a graduate.
Started all 12 games for Notre Dame posting 630yds and 5Tds for the Irish in an extremely run-heavy offense with Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price
Strengths
Has an ideal build for the position and dominates DBs at the catch point
Dominated at the Senior Bowl week and topped it off with a spectacular one handed grab.
Receiving Grade 76.2 (PFF)
Excellent tracking deep ball down the field. Majority of his catches came from targets 20+ yards downfield between the sticks.
Has an enormous wingspan which helps his catch radius
H - HEALTH/HIGH VALUE | Broken foot in his Sophomore year but no long term issues. | 75 |
O - ON FIELD PRODUCTION | Only managed 630yds in 2025 - however ND offense is extremely run heavy. Fields became CJ Carr's safety blanket in his first year as a starter. Did not break 100yds in a single game | 70 |
W - WHAT HE BRINGS/WHEN HE PLAYS | Competitiveness. Not afraid to put his body on the line to make a play. His contested catch rate might be one of the best in this class. | 75 |
I - INTANGIBLES | Team captain at Virginia (not Notre Dame) and a more than willing blocker | 80 |
E - EAGLES FIT | Fields has a lot to like but his speed and burst isn't elite, unsure how he will translate to the league. | 70 |
Overall H.O.W.I.E. grade | 75% |
Loch Lomond Comp: Loch Lomond 12 Inchmoan - Bold and strong.
