Membership & Account Management
Q. This sounds good to me! How do I sign up?

Q. How do I log into my account?

Click the “Login” button on the homepage and enter your email and password, or click here
Q. What do I do if I forget my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it and follow the instructions.
Q. I used to be a British and Irish Eagles member, will I automatically become a PSI member?
-
No. You will need to sign up on the website. Previous GoCardless subscription direct debits have all been cancelled.

Q. Why can’t I comment or like any blog posts?

If you have set your profile to private, you will not be able to comment or like posts.
Q. What information is made available if my profile is public?

Only your username, join date and bio (if you choose to write one) will be visible to other site members. No personal data is public i.e (phone, email or address)
Billing & Payments​

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards for membership fees, if you have trouble, please contact us for alternative payment methods.
Q. How often will I be charged?

Memberships are billed annually and begin from the date of purchase. You will receive your membership card within 21 days of this payment. And within 21 days of each annual payment you will receive your new card.

Q. Do you offer refunds?

Please review our refund and cancellation policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time on your members dashboard. Refunds will be offered under exceptional circumstances and in accordance with UK law.
Q. Are there any discounts for long-term members?

Not at the present time however is something we will review in the future.
Q. What does my membership pay for?

Philly Sports International currently does not make any profit from running our organisation. All funds generated by membership are pumped back into membership benefits and running costs to improve the experience for all Philly fans around the world. Any excess revenue generated is donated to the charity of choice for that particular year.
Exclusive Content and Perks
Q. What kind of content do I get as a member?

Members will receive an exclusive Philly Sports International membership card which grants 20% off food and drink at Passyunk Avenue venues in London, access to Watchalongs across the UK, access to Fantasy leagues, raffles, giveaways, and our members-only WhatsApp community and much much more! Please see full list of what your membership includes.

Q. Do you have a members-only community?

Yes! Join our private community hosted on WhatsApp to chat with other Philly sports fans and get the conversation started!
Q. Can I submit my own content or fan stories?

Absolutely! We love featuring fan articles, videos, and photos. Submit your content via the Fan Contributions page.
Q. When will I get my member card?
-
Member cards are normally issued 14 days after payment has been received. This is a manual service, please be patient. If you haven't received your card within 28 days please contact us (email link).
Q. I've lost my card. Can I get a new one?

Contact us and we will see about issuing you a new one, for a £2 replacement fee which covers the cost to make and post.
Q. How do I access the WhatsApp community?

One of our Admin will send an invite link to your registered email address upon purchase of a subscription
Game Day & Events
Q. Are there in-person events for members?
-
Yes! We host watch parties and meet-and-greet events throughout the season. Please see the Events section. More events will be added throughout the year and communicated to you.
Q. Do you provide online watchalongs?

Yes! Our WhatsApp community is BOOMING on Game Day and the discussion lasts into the wee hours! UK Phillies and British and Irish Eagles will also host some live streaming watchalongs throughout the season, with plans for UK 76ers to also do so soon.
Q. How do I RSVP for an event?

Sign in to your account and visit the Events page and sign up for upcoming gatherings.
Q. Can I bring a guest to a member event?

Yes, events do allow guests — check the event details for specific rules on this.
Privacy and Security
Q. Why do you need my phone number?

Your phone number allows you to access the WhatsApp community. We will never use your phone number for anything else. All correspondence will be via email or communicated on the WhatsApp community.
Q. Why do you need my address?

As part of the membership you are entitled to a PSI membership card which will be posted out to you. We also require your addresses to send any raffles or giveaway prizes. We will never pass on your address to anyone or use it for any other purpose.
Technical Issues
Q. Why can’t I see any of the other pages?

We operate behind a subscription paywall, as a member you will need an active subscription to view the rest of the website.
Q. Why can’t I comment or like any blog posts?
